Responsibilities:

• Provide hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend services.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Promote salon products and upsell services when appropriate.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license in [NC]
  Proven experience as a hairstylist (portfolio or client references a plus).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Compensation:
