Process the hair to the desired level of lift (e.g., yellow), shampoo and blow-dry. Apply formula 2 throughout the head, new growth to ends. Process the hair according to directions. Rinse the hair thoroughly with comfortably hot water to remove the color. Shampoo with color conserve™ shampoo. Apply color conserve™ pHinish™ and rinse again with cool water. Towel-dry the hair well to prepare it for the botanical therapy hair treatment.

Divide the head into standard quadrants (ear to ear and front to nape).

Through the back, take a semicircular section from a point 3″ above the ear around to a level point on other side. This creates panel 1.

Take a semicircular section through the front top of the head. This creates panel 4.

The 2 sections on either side create panels 2 and 3.

On panel 1, work on a diagonal and apply fine-weave highlights using formula 1. The highlights should incorporate 60% of the hair. Isolate each section with foil.

On panels 2 and 3, work vertically up to the center top part and apply fine-weave highlights using formula 1. These highlights should be placed 1/4″ back from the front hairline.

On panel 4, work on a diagonal and apply fine-weave highlights using formula 1. These highlights should be placed 1/4″ back from the front hairline. Isolate each section with foil.

Apply a botanical therapy hair treatment based on the condition of the hair. For dry hair, perform the moisture treatment using dry remedy™ penetrating moisture. For damaged hair, perform the repair treatment using damage remedy™ penetrating protein. Once the hair treatment has been applied, process at room temperature for 5 minutes and rinse. You do not need to shampoo or condition the hair.
