The Hot and Cold Blonde from Goldwell

Can a blonde actually be boring? It can happen when highlights become heavy-handed—which leads to a flat and solid hue. Reinvigorate your blondes with this strategy from Goldwell and go hot and cold! This blend of matte and glossy, warm and cool hues instantly brighten and dimensionalize your blondes for a decidedly high fashion result.
