HOW-TO STEPS
-
1
Start in the top by taking a diagonal section and cut your desired length.
-
2
Comb hair straight out from the head and comb back to your guide.
-
3
Continue working round until you reach your breaking point at the ear to crown allowing the base to fall out ensuring weight is kept in these areas.
-
4
Here you can see hair is point cut to give a feeling of texture. (Note. Depending on hair textures whether to point or not).
-
5
Divide hair down centre back and take a diagonal section cut your guide working with high level graduation.
-
6
Continue making sure you have consistency in your angle, over- directing each section back to previous.
-
7
Working around the head keeping the same angle directing the hair out from the head.
-
8
When working on outline comb the hair against the skin and create your line.
-
9
Comb hair from crown to ear and take a diagonal section and clean your outline.
-
10
Now create your fringe. Cut a clean line to produce a solid shape.
-
11
Continue combing the hair to the same line to give strength in the fringe area.
