Ponytails are making their comeback—we've seen them on the runways at Fashion Week and now celebs are making them cool on the red carpet. For Ciara's American Music Awards look, MIZANI Global Artistic Director César DeLeön Ramirêz wanted to do something that would complement her dress. "I generally like to keep things simple so that they don't compete. My vision for Ciara was a long messy ponytail with a '70s inspired fringe," he said. And here's how he created it.
