Step 1: First, apply a leave-in conditioner like René Furterer Carthame, a no rinse day time moisturizing conditioner, from the ends to mid-part.  Next, use a combination of a texturizing spray and a volumizing spray, like Shu Uemura Liquid Fabric Mineral Texture Spray and René Furterer Volumea volumizing conditioning spray. This creates a great base with body and volume.

Step 2: Next, quickly dry the hair and once it’s dry, use a medium-barreled curling iron to create loose waves. Spritz each curled section with René Furterer Finishing Spray instant hold to set it. Then, break up the curls with a paddle brush and smooth out the hair.

Step 3: Polish the look with a shine-enhancing serum at the ends. Use a light styling crème, like Shu Uemura White Tea Polishing Milk, to give definition and shine to the waves.

Step 4: For the fringe, first blow-dry with a medium-sized round brush, then apply a wax like René Furterer Styling Wax at the tips to create shine and definition.
