Formula B: Simply Blonde Blue Powder Lightener + 40-volume developer + Olaplex
Formula C: 40g Demi Permanent Rapid Toner VP + 10g Demi Permanent Rapid Toner SV + 100g 9-volume developer
Formula D: 30g Demi Permanent 4A + 15g Demi Permanent 7SM + 2g Blue Booster + 9-volume developer
Formula E: ½ tube Neon Fuchsia + 1 tube clear + ¼ tube Creative Pink
Formula F: 1 tube Clear + 3g Neon Blue
Formula G: ½ tube Clear + ½ tube Neon Yellow (as a headband ribbon)
Formula H: 1 tube Neon Blue + 4g Charcoal
Formula I: Clear + Creative Pink

Prelighten with Formula A, switching to Formula B as you work your way up the head.


Tone with Formula C, then apply Formula D as a shadow root.

Begin layering your creative color. Start with Formula F at the nape, then do a chevron-shaped melt with Formulas E, F, G and H. Apply Formula I to the ends around the face.
