Sectioning: Starting at the top of the head, create four sections that circle around the head shape as shown. Subsection as needed for control.

Starting at the center back, apply Formula A using a balayage (freehand painting) technique, lightly brushing color through hair strand, working slightly away from scalp area.

Continue this technique, working around the back until entire area is complete.

Start working into front area, continuing balayage technique.

As you complete each section, release next section and work to the top of the head.

Continue until all sections are complete.

When Formula A reaches desired tone, rinse, shampoo and apply Formula B as final glaze. Process Formula B as directed. Cleanse and treat the hair.
