  Start with clean, wet hair and apply Macadamia Professional Foaming Volumizer throughout from the roots to ends. Then, using a wide-tooth comb, comb the hair slightly forward at the roots.

  Next, use an infrared blow dryer with a diffuser attached and gently dry the hair with a warm airflow, directing the roots forward.

  Set the blow dryer on a low heat level, and use a round medium-sized round brush to blow dry the bangs.

  Once the hair is 100 percent dry, take small sections near the bangs and the sides. Using the Aria Beauty Infrared Flat Iron, gently create half flat/half round waves in a downward motion on the front section only around the face. “Do not overdo this part. The hair has to maintain its softness and look effortless,” notes Giannandrea.

  Run a dab of smoothing oil through the hair using only your hands and finish with a dry hold spray on the bangs and top only.
