Formula F: 2 parts ChromaSilk PASTELS Mystical Mint + 1 part PASTELS Blissful Blue

Beginning at the nape and working up, apply Formula A, to gently lift and lighten the natural haircolor. Use with preferred choice of developer in an ombré technique. Process until desired lightness is achieved, then shampoo, condition and dry the hair completely.

Use PRAVANA ChromaSilk PASTELS as is or create custom shades by combining colors into bowls until the desired shade is achieved. PRAVANA ChromaSilk VIVIDS in Clear is also available to lighten or mute any shade. Apply Formulas B to F to select ends.

Starting at the nape, section out varying sizes of strands and alternate the application, taking one strand and applying Formula C to the length of the hair, next applying Formula B to the ends and Formula D to the top with the original color in between. Next, apply color halfway through the length of the strands, alternating Formulas B to F. This free-hand technique varies in section and subsection sizes as well as application.

Continue working up the head, varying the application of colors to create a tie-dye effect.

Process the color for 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature. Rinse with cool water, then shampoo lightly with VIVIDS Color Protect Shampoo, rinsing until the water runs clear. Follow up with VIVIDS Color Protect Conditioner and VIVIDS Color Protect Sealing Spray to preserve the vitality of the bright shades. Style as desired.
