Take a triangular weave parting of hair and clip it away. Pick up the points of the triangular weave parting and apply Formula A to the lightened areas only, approximately 3 inches from the scalp to the ends. Feather the edges of the color near the natural color so that there is no line of demarcation, just a soft transition into the intense colors.

Take a second weave parting toward the back of the section and apply Formula A in the same manner as Step 1.

Leave two staggered weave partings of blonde hair un-foiled, then take two staggered weave partings and apply Formula B in the same manner as Step 2. Turn the color brush on its side to help feather the line of color.
