Take an anchor section at the apex, create a small ponytail and tie it off with an invisibobble.

Lift up the ponytail and secure the teeth underneath the pony.

Gather the remaining hair into a ponytail around the clip. Then, tie a second invisibobble at the base, directly over the Pony Popper.
