How-To: Pop of Purple

International beauty expert and celebrity stylist, Nick Stenson, knows what it takes to set himself apart. As Senior Creative Director of jcp salon, he has always stayed on top of trends, and he is constantly reinventing and refreshing the colors and styles he sees on the runway so that he can bring them into his salon. His latest collection for The Salon by InStyle features many of the fashion-focused looks he is known for—inspired by the styles he has created for models, celebrities and fashionistas. So for your clients who are looking for something different, but don’t necessarily want a complete fashion overhaul, Nick’s your guy. Take this deep-toned base with a daring pop of color. Paired with a blunt, heavy fringe, it’s the perfect runway-inspired look that you can bring right into the salon. Here’s how Nick did it.
