Have a bejeweled addiction? Satisfy it with this gorgeous amethyst jewel melt created by Emma Hancock @masterpiecehair from Moriah Brandons Salon in Altamonte Springs, Fla. Emma originally saved her client from a brassy ombré and fulfilled her request for the violet melt. HOW-TO STEPS

- Formula B:

  Color Intensity Magenta
- Formula D:

Apply Formula A on re-growth. Process for 35 minutes.
Pro-Tip: Emma says she encourages her clients not to wash their hair three days prior to an on-scalp lightening service.

Shampoo and condition the hair, then blow-dry until completely dry.

For the first two inches of hair starting at the scalp, apply Formula B.

Next, take very fine slices and melt Formula C, Formula D and Formula E using the scissoring method.

Alternate Formulas C through E with each section and use foils to separate color applications. Process for 30 minutes.

Rinse, shampoo and condition with cold water.
