Greta Gerwig’s Loose, Wavy “Arthur” Premiere Undo

Flip the head upside down and blow dry until the hair is 90% dry.  Then flip the head back to finish drying.

Take the top section of hair and blow dry in the reverse direction, and then set with mesh rollers for volume.
