Create horseshoe section on top and divide the rest of the hair into quadrants.

Curl with a 1-inch wand, then pin each curl to let cool.
Create a horizon section above the occipital and create a singular braid. Secure the braid with an elastic band. Wrap the braid flat in a circular motion and secure with bobby pins. This will serve as your anchor for your clients curls or veil.
Loosely twist 2 inch sections on top/sides away from the face, start at the end of each section, pull hair to create a rouching effect.
