AG Cosmetics “The Fountain” Technical

Show Steps
1 Prepare the hair with appropriate AG Cleanser and AG Conditioner.  Apply a 1:1:1 ratio of AG’s details, liquid effects and liquid varnish to damp hair.  Establish a deep side part.

2 Using 1-inch to 2-inch very smooth sections, place flat pin curls in rows, being sure to be neat and exact with the sectioning and clipping.  Continue working down the head with the same horizontal rows, remembering to alternate the direction of each row, emulating a finger waved feel.

3 Continue, working down the head with the same horizontal rows, remembering to alternate the direction of each row, emulating a finger waved feel.  Place under a hot dryer and expect drying times of 45 to 75 minutes.  Allow to cool.  With a natural bristle paddle brush thoroughly.

4 Starting at the top, with thin horizontal sections, gently back brush at the base of each section. Be sure to keep the ends smooth and allowing the bases of each section to be “knitting” together by incorporating the ends of each section together when applying the back brushing.

5 Once all the hair has been teased, using a very gentle touch to smooth just the surface of the hair creating a flowing, and rippled effect.  Finish with AG aerodynamics for soft hold.
