    The Style:
Guido created a gorgeous, voluminous blow-out for the Sonia Rykiel show in Milan. “Inspired by Sonia herself, this season the look is a little 1940s meets 1970s, very flirty and pretty,” Guido explains. “The style is a healthy, bouncy blow-dry with a deep left side part, curls at the end and a black barrette an inch above the right eye to add a bit of sophistication.”

    Create the Look:
    1.
Apply satinwear 02 ultimate blow-dry lotion to damp hair and blow-dry making sure to lift the roots away from the scalp.
    2. Create a deep left side part.
    3. Mist hot sets 22 thermal setting mist on the hair and using a 1-inch iron, pin set the hair.
    4. Let the hair down and brush out the curls- hair should be smooth, leaving the curls in at the ends.
    5. Secure a 1×4 inch black barrette about an inch above the right eye for added sophistication.
    6. Finish with fashion work 12 versatile working spray.

    The Style:
Guido created a classic twist at Dolce & Gabbanna. “The look today is very Sicilian, inspired by Sophia Loren,” he says. “We pulled the hair loosely back into a French twist and it looks a bit as if the woman was dancing all night. It’s effortlessly gorgeous.”

    Create the Look:
    1.
Apply thickening lotion 06 all-over body builder to damp hair and rough dry without a brush (to keep any natural movement in the hair) until hair is 90% dry.
    2. Apply tousle whip 04 soft texturizing cream-wax throughout the front of the hair to enhance any natural movement and let hair air dry the last 10%.
    3. Beginning at the nape of the neck working up, backbrush the hair for added texture.
    4. Finger comb hair back away from the face and pull hair back into a French twist securing with bobby pins.
    5. Make sure to keep the hair loose around the face (not pulled back too tight), so you can see the natural movement of the hair texture.
    6. Finish with fashion work 12 versatile working spray.

    The Style:
Guido created a very unique look at Jean Paul Gaultier. “With Jean Paul I never see the collection ahead of time, so he showed me a picture of a woman from the 1940s with tons of tattoos and piercings, which was the inspiration for the hair,” Guido says. “So, we needed a statement for the hair and created this very stylized, sculpted shape.”

    Create the Look:
    1.
Apply guts 10 root targeted volume spray foam to damp hair and blow-dry away from the roots.
    2. Create a clean 4-inch center part from the hairline back.
    3. Where that part ends, create a horizontal part on either side ending just behind the ears.  You will have three sections—two at the front and one at the back. Back section: come hair up away from the nape of the neck and secure into a clean knot at the crown of the head.
    4. On the two side sections: using a hair pad (see image, 6-inch cylinder shape pad), starting at the ends of the hair, roll the hair into the hair pad until you reach the crown, about 2 inches from the center part. This creates a very distinct almost animal-like final shape.
    5. Finish with forceful 23 super strength spray.

    The Style:
Guido created a very Parisian style at the Nina Ricci show, matching the hair perfectly to her collection, designed as always for a woman who wants to be ladylike and sexy at the same time. “Nina Ricci is a very feminine house and we wanted the models to wear a very feminine style,” he explains. “The soft ponytail is simple but a little bourgeois feeling, and was inspired by Catherine Deneuve—a style women would love to wear.”

    Create the Look:
    1.
Apply velvet gelatine 07 cushioning blow-dry gel  to damp hair and blow-dry with a round brush.
    2. Create a bit of volume at the crown by blow-drying the area away from the scalp.
    3. Apply All Soft Argan-6 Multi-care oil throughout hair once dry for a smoothing effect.
    4. Pull hair into a low ponytail, secure with an elastic and wrap a piece of hair around the elastic to cover.
    5. Lightly apply spray starch to the ends of the ponytail.  With a 1” curling iron, curl the ends.
    6. Finish with fashion work 12 versatile working spray.

    The Style:
Guido created a timeless, sculptural look at Jil Sander. “In the true DNA of the brand, this is a rich woman’s hairdo that looks almost so perfect, it has no period,” Guido says. “It could be from the future but also nods to the past. It’s inspired by the 1950s but then becomes mid-century modern which makes it such a sculptured look. It’s very helmet-like; the shape and texture makes it look as though it’s stuck on. ”

    Create the Look:
    1.
Apply rootful 06 root lifting spray liberally to damp hair to give it some texture.
    2. Section the hair and blow-dry.
    3. Backcomb each section to create volume and height, then brush hair back away from the face and create a ponytail, securing an elastic at the very end of it.
    4. With the help of a foam roller, roll the hair starting from the ends, tucking it under and pinning it
    5. Layer forceful 23 hairspray to create the glossy, helmet-like shape and to smooth the hair.
