    Ionic Shine Shades Liquid Color 6V + Clear + 10-volume developer

Remember that balayage client who came in just once over the summer? Well she decided she’s let her lightened locks grow out long enough and she’s ready for the mermaid makeover of her dreams.   • Formula A:

    CHI Ionic Shine Shades Liquid Color 4RV + 6RV + 10-volume developer

  • Formula B:

    Ionic Shine Shades Liquid Color 6V + Clear + 10-volume developer

  • Formula C:

    Ionic Shine Shades Liquid Color 6V + Blue Additive + 10-volume developer

FORMULA STEPS

1. Prelighten until she reaches a Level 9/10, then rinse and apply Formula A to the roots only. 

 

2. Then, alternate applying Formulas B and C from the midlengths to the ends. Let process.

 

3. Rinse in cold water to prevent the colors from bleeding into each other, then blow-dry.

 

4. Create loose waves with a 1¼-inch wand, then finish with your fave texture spray for added grit and volume.
