Reds are HOT, and combined with a creamy blonde, it’s totally delicious. Using all Scruples color, Frances Garcia (@makeupbyfrances) created a look inspired by Halo Top Creamery’s Red Velvet flavor. Check out the formulas!

FORMULA STEPS

1. Pre-tone with Formula A.

 

2. On dry hair, apply Formula B to the roots.

 

3. Use Formula C for pastel pops on the blonde, then apply Formula D on a few strands around the ears for a “peekaboo” effect. Rinse carefully with cold water.

 

4. For an extra pop, apply glitter with Scruples Design Base BB Cream Style Primer.
