    1 oz. Scruples POWER BLONDE Conditioning Gel Toner in Ice + 1oz. PURE OXI 10-Volume Crème Developer

FORMULA STEPS

1. Prelighten the hair with Formula A to a pale yellow, using a virgin application. Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.

2. Shampoo with Scruples RENEWAL Color Retention Shampoo. Apply Scruples NO H202 (No Peroxide) to neutralize residual peroxide left in the hair. Condition the hair with RENEWAL Color Retention Conditioner, rinse and towel-dry.

3. Apply Scruples POWER BLONDE Conditioning Gel Toner in Ice + Formula B from scalp to ends. Process for up to 20 minutes at room temperature.

4. Shampoo, apply NO H202 (No Peroxide), condition and rinse the hair.
