FORMULA STEPS

1. Paint a full head of babylights using Formula A, then process under heat for 30 minutes. 

 

2. Shampoo with Scruples Hair Clearifier Shampoo, then apply Formula B to her damp roots. 

 

3. Rinse, towel-dry, then apply Formula C. Process for 20 minutes, rinse again and style as desired.
