FORMULA STEPS
1. Apply Formula A to the roots, then process for 15 minutes. “Since she was already a heavy highlight with a dark root I applied her root formula first,” notes Eric.
2. Then, apply Formula B to the ends. Process for 40 minutes, but in the last 10 minutes focus heat lamps on the ends.
3. Rinse, then tone with Formula C. Keep an eye on her hair while she processes, then rinse when the desired tonality is achieved.
