Known for his coveted cool-girl cuts featuring long layers and effortless finishes, BTC Team Member Donovan Mills says that hair is not his job—it’s his life’s passion. He cuts hair dry 98% of the time, focusing on knowing each client’s cowlicks, growth patterns and natural hair fall. “That’s the reason I do dry cuts—to get the natural fall and movement of the hair,” Donovan says. His approach results in cuts that grow out beautifully. “Being a stylist in this industry gives me a sense of peace. Through my love of hair styling, I’m able to conquer the looks that best suit my clients and, hopefully along the way, change lives one head at a time.”
