Piecey Waves

Get The Look

  1. To start, apply amika Blockage Heat Defense Serum on damp hair. Then, once the hair is completely dry, apply another 1 to 2 pumps for ultimate heat-styling protection.
  2. Next, create and 1 ½-inch square sections, spray with amika Un.Done Volume and Matte Texture Spray and curl each section in alternating directions. Curling in opposing directions creates more volume and maintains texture for longer by keeping each curl from falling into one another.
  3. To create a piecey end result, use the amika Heist Molding Blend to separate out each wave.

Extreme Matte Texture

Get The Look

  1. To start, curl the hair from roots to ends using the smallest wand available from the amika Chameleon 5 Barrel Interchangeable Curling Kit. The smaller and tighter the curl, the bigger the hair will be become when brushed out.

  3. Then, brush out the hair from scalp to ends to create extreme matte texture.
