Get The How-To Steps

1. Start by washing the hair with TIGI® Professionals Copyright Custom Care™ Repair Shampoo, then towel-dry.

2. Apply a mix of Custom Care™ Treatment Base and 3 pumps of Custom Care™ Smooth Booster all over and comb through to evenly distribute. Process for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse with cool water.

Pro Tip: Emily recommends using the treatment processing time as an opportunity to elevate your services by giving the client a relaxing head massage.

3. Apply Custom Create™ Heat Protection Spray all over damp hair. Then, apply a pump of Custom Create™ Colour Lustre Oil to your hands, emulsify and run through strands.

4. Blow-dry using a head wrap method with a Dyson Supersonic™ Hair Dryer Pro Edition and Denman Smoothing Brush until 85 percent dry. Then, lift sections at the root and continue to blow-dry until the hair is completely dry.

5. Flat iron the hair smooth and feed each section into a comb. Apply Custom Complete™ Maximum Hold Hairspray to a brush and smooth down flyaways.

Pro Tip: Stubborn flyaways on the parting and hairline? Use a tiny amount of Bed Head™ Wax Stick to smooth them away.
