Here’s Who Won The 2018 Sport Clips “The Look” Competition
Find Out Who Won The 2018 Sport Clips “The Look” Competition
Six Sport Clips stylists from across the U.S. and Canada showed off their haircutting skills and creativity on stage in front of 3,000 managers, coaches, area developers, team leaders and stylists at the 25th anniversary National Huddle as part of the annual “The Look” competition.
This year, each finalist had 15 minutes on Sunday night to complete most of the haircut in front of the judges. Then, on Monday morning they had 5 minutes on stage to finesse their cut and style—while the judges observed and attendees loudly cheered them on! Keep reading to find out who the judges were, how the competition was judged and who won it all.
“We appreciate the team members who look to Sport Clips as their career choice, and we work to make sure they have the opportunity to use their skills and talent daily and on the broader stage during ‘The Look,'” says Julie Vargas, Sport Clips Senior Director of Career Opportunities. “It’s inspiring for those of us who have been a part of the company since the beginning to see and feel the enthusiasm they bring to their work and this competition.”

- Ability to adapt to model and Sport Clips Clients (30%)
- Finished Design (30%)
- Interview With Judges (10%)
