SAFETY MEASURES

We are working with local and state health officials and the JW Marriott to ensure that we can host The BTC Show 2021 in the safest way possible. As we’ve learned over the past year, health recommendations and state guidelines can change quickly. That’s why we have action plans that comply with health and safety recommendations while also meeting the needs of our industry. Please check back frequently, or click here to sign up for text message updates!

What is the JW Marriott’s cancellation policy?

Guests are required to book reservations with a credit card to guarantee the reservation, but will not be charged for rooms until their stay. For cancellation without penalty, you must cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to check-in. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of check-in, you will be charged for a one-night stay.

What safety precautions can I expect at the JW Marriott?

Things will look a little different at the host hotel this year. Here’s what to expect throughout the hotel. For more info on Marriott’s corporate cleaning procedures, click here. This information is current as of March 5, 2021.

  • The JW Marriott requires guests and associates to wear masks indoors in all public areas of the hotel. Masks may be removed while dining in the hotel restaurant where table seating will be spaced to accommodate physical distancing.

  • The hotel offers keyless and touchless check-in procedures through the Marriott Bonvoy app. Download and register with the app to use this feature.

  • The pool and fitness room are open. Guests are encouraged to maintain social distancing in these areas.

  • JW Marriott associates undergo a daily health screening, including a daily temperature check.

  • The hotel has increased its cleaning frequency of public areas, door handles, bathrooms and meeting spaces, using hospital-grade disinfectant.

  • Guestroom deep cleaning has also been enhanced, using hospital-grade disinfectant and with special attention to high-touch areas. Rooms get two rounds of disinfection on these high-touch areas, then inspected, approved and sealed.

  • As of right now, room service may not be available.
