“You don’t need eyes to see. You just need vision.” More than 2,500 hairdressers came out to #thebtcshow for three days of the industry’s top education, flying from all around the world (seriously, from 13 countries!) to Austin, Texas in an effort to master their craft and reignite their passion for hair. It’s hard to truly describe the magic in the air (you just have to be there!) but if you missed the show—or just want to relive it—here’s an inside look at what went down onstage and behind the scenes.
