Pureology Partners with [salon]718 To Open Brooklyn Flagship Salon

Pureology partnered with Brooklyn salon chain [salon]718 to open the brand’s first flagship store in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY located at the 1Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. [salon]718 Dumbo is the fourth location for [salon]718, at the grand opening, [salon]718 CEO and Founder Michaella Blissett Williams spoke about the goals she envisions for their newest salon front, “Our ultimate goal is to serve our community and be kinder to the planet, while remaining thoughtful in our execution of business practices as stylists. We continue to evolve as experts and educators within our industry, and spread the message that beauty is inclusive. We look forward to seeing our passion and purpose thrive in this bustling, vibrant location.” 

[salon]718 Dumbo will be a full-service hair salon catering to “all hair types and textures”, where clients can receive anything from a cut to a texture reformation service. Evoking a modern day salon experience, [salon]718 Dumbo will also be a “green” salon. Going completely paperless with the help of Phorest Salon Software and working with Green Circle Salons, a company that collects, recycles and repurposes used foils, plastics, color tubes and other salon waste to help keep hazards items out of landfills and waterways.
