IGK Opens New Soho Salon

close formula
IGK Founders Aaron Grenia, Franck Izquierdo, Chase Kusero and Leo Izquierdo went into creating the brand under a single vision: to come up with products designed to fit the lives and needs of the client and hairstylist. This vision doesn’t just encompass their trendy product line, but extends to their cutting edge salons too.

The brand just opened a new 2000 square foot hair salon in the heart of Soho. The impeccably designed 20-chair space was created by Andrew Fethes Architects with interiors by designer Melissa Cobos. It features a glass store front to bring in natural light, followed by crisp white walls accented with rich wooden and marble furniture to bring warmth to the modern, industrial-style space.

“It’s really special for the four of us because we all met working with another product line and salon group (Prive) that had their New York City location directly across the street at the Soho Grand Hotel,” says IGK Co-founder Aaron Grenia. “I started my New York career across the street! It’s like a full circle life thing. Soho is known across the world as an arts and fashion district, so to have this address means a lot to us. It’s a big accomplishment. This will be our first street level retail salon in New York.”

IGK continues to prove that it’s passionate about providing hairstyling for the modern generation. For more information, visit igkhair.com.
