Hairstylist
Looking for someone who has a clientele base and needs the space! I currently have a double suite that I only use 4 days a week. You would have access to the suite Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There are two stations and a shampoo bowl which allows for double booking!
Rate: $100/day paid weekly
Rent includes:
-The space
-Backbar products (shampoo, conditioner, styling products)
-In salon hair treatments
-Capes and Towels
-Client refreshments
-Laundry supplies
-Current cosmetology license -Insurance with "Clubland LLC, dba The Marquise Salon Suites” listed as an additional insured. (if you don't already have insurance, I can share who I use! They are very affordable!) -Will need to provide your own color, lightener, developer, and foils
