TSOM, is currently looking for a new stylist. Located on downtown’s most popular street and block, TSOM, is the most visible salon in New Bern with 100’s of people walking past our doors daily.

This is a great opportunity for a stylist who is looking to grow and grow fast or someone who is done with the normal drama filled environment.

We offer commission to booth rent, one week paid vacation, after your first year. zero product goals that have to be reached and we are, a DRAMA free zone!

Where stylists build each other up, ask for your opinion and advice and work together as a team.

Our goal at TSOM, is to create a work environment, where you feel comfortable, can be yourself, have open and friendly conversations between staff and other guests. With in-house education, our mission is for YOU to become the stylist, you’ve dreamt about being. Every stylist at TSOM is an equal, with no “level systems”, we are showing our guests that no matter what stylist you see, no matter how much experience someone has, each guest knows whoever they see, they will reach their desired hair goal.
