What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Hairstylist or Barber: Must hold a valid Georgia Cosmetology License (students are welcome to apply but must have a license to begin work).
• Experience & Skills: At least 3 years of experience in a salon environment.
• Expertise in cutting, coloring, and/or extensions.
• Knowledge of advanced techniques, such as balayage, highlights, extensions, curls, and bold transformations, is a plus.
• Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and passionate about delivering top-tier results.
• Client-Focused Mindset: Committed to creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client.
• Team Player: Positive, supportive, and eager to collaborate with others.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to consult with clients effectively and recommend services/products tailored to their needs.
• Drive & Motivation: A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow personally and professionally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Service: Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and extension services tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations, offering expert advice on hair care and style options.

• Product Recommendations: Suggest at-home care products to enhance client satisfaction and style longevity.

• Stay Current: Continuously learn new trends, techniques, and practices in the hair industry to provide cutting-edge services.
