The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair and a strong desire to create exceptional styles, with a keen eye for detail. Your work showcases a range of coloring techniques, and you would have an in-depth knowledge of color theory, trends, and techniques. You excel in providing excellent communication and personal recommendations for effective consultations with your guest in your chair while building trust and ensuring a memorable salon experience. What You Bring:

• Certification in hair extensions with mastery of multiple techniques (e.g., tape-ins, wefts, fusion, I-tip).

• A minimum of 10 years of experience and a strong, existing clientele base.

• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch client experiences.

• A drive to stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas to the chair.

• A team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow both personally and professionally.

We are open Sunday through Friday and value hard work and work life balance. We are looking for coverage Sunday-Thursday or Monday – Friday.

We are primarily seeking an experienced full time master commissioned colorist. We would also consider a booth rental for a master stylist looking for a change of scenery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Cosmetology License in the State of Texas.

Providing the highest standard of hair services – Apply existing skills including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services to cater to diverse client needs.

4+ years of extensive stylist/colorist experience with a focus on luxury salon services.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.

Up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends, techniques, and hair care products.

Motivated for growth and willingness to cross-train others or be cross-trained on additional services

Has the ability to generate sales through personalized recommendations of products and advice to future services based on their individual needs.

Work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment

Customer Service:

Prioritize exceptional customer service and ensure every guest feels welcomed and has a memorable salon experience.

Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making clients feel valued and comfortable.

Actively listen to clients’ needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations based on the client’s individual needs.

Ability to create and maintain a high-level of service at all times, putting guest satisfaction above all else and address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.

Team involvement and mentoring:

Lead by example and help inspire the salon team to deliver their best work.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and mutual support.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior stylists, assisting them in their professional growth and development.

Salon Operations:

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional salon environment to ensure a pleasant experience for clients.

Collaborate with the salon coordinator to ensure smooth scheduling.

Adhere to salon policies, procedures, and industry health and safety standards.

Stay updated on salon products, promotions, and services to effectively communicate with clients.

Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through ongoing education both in and out of the salon.
