• First two weeks RENT FREE
• High-speed WI-FI for stylists and guests
• Secure electronic lock entry
• Make your own schedule
• Hot and cold beverages, snacks, and Mimosa Friday’s for guests
• Lots of great storage for supplies in private lockers, all equipped with lock and key
• 1 Week FREE RENT voucher per year, up to 4 years (similar to paid vacation)
• All new salon with modern, state-of-the-art equipment
• Salon maintained in pristine condition with weekly cleaning
• Friendly and welcoming group and supportive team environment
• Luxurious clean, vegan products for backbar use and retail
• 20% Commission on retail sales
• Promotion on social media platforms

Our purpose at RC Salon Collective is to a provide a chill, yet fun and professional atmosphere. One of support and respect in how we treat each other as stylists, as well as our salon guests. We take great pride in the fact that we’ve been able to maintain such a positive environment, and as a result, our guests have grown to have an immense fondness for their visits with us. When we all work as a supportive team that respects each other and admires each other’s work, it’s reflected in a climate that encourages creativity and brings joy, not one that stifles it.

Booth rental is $250 per week.
