Stylist will work in a team environment to provide some or all of the following services:  microlinks, tape-ins, braids, locs, sew-ins, wig installs, ponytails, cut or color. Stylists will also continually improve their skills and services offering through education as part of working with the salon.

Job Duties Include:

-helping any customers

-performing hair services

-assisting other stylists and their customers

-station prep

-station cleaning

-salon cleaning

-new client intake

-existing client follow-up

-greeting clients in lobby

-taking inventory of product

-replenishing inventory

-directly assisting manager with salon or administrative tasks

-answering phone calls

-taking payments, including working with POS system

-fulfilling website orders 

-handling marketing tasks for salon promotion

-taking photos

-posting on social media

-purchase of facility essentials

-taking classes for training

-attending company meetings 

-teaching or assisting in teaching other employees as part of training

-teaching or assisting in teaching classes to paying customers
