In-Trend is Beauty Research Intelligence agency based in London.
What we need?
We are looking for experts in hairdressing to help research the future of the in-salon market in the US. If you are a colorist, a stylist, a hairdresser that have their eyes open to new innovative services or innovative new hair products, you can work for us. If you are constantly visiting hair fairs and searching the internet or looking at what inspiring salons are launching as new services and new products; you can make some extra money by collaborating with us.
We are identifying new emerging services like Olaplex was when it first introduced in 2014.
To identify the most innovative and latest Hair Product launches (a new product with a strong innovation launched within 6 months).
To identify new in-salon treatments (coloring, styling & haircare treatments).
Also looking at new services in blowout bars, hair extension bars/places,…
Please do not include products and services from the following brand: L’Oreal, Kerastase, Redken, Matrix, Purology, Mizani, Schwarzkopf, Alterna). Not to include either any products or services mentioned in recent editions of Modern Salon, Behind The Chair and Beauty Store Business, as we are already keen readers of these highly specialised magazines.
How to do it?
1- Online search (including social media)
2- Calling or visiting hair salons
3- Store checks
4- Magazines & Newspaper finds
Frequency: Every three Months. A list of 15 new hair product & service innovations (at least 5 new in-salon services should always be included) / launched within 6 months.
Flexible work to do when you have time.
