Hair Loft Studio is accepting resumes for a Salon Manager. We are a high end salon located at 1000 Girod street in the South Market district. This responsibility requires excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude. Applicants must be able to work side by side with the owner as well as:

 – Making sure the salon is profitable

 – Oversight of facility operations

 – Multi-task and conduct themselves in a professional manner

 – Answer phones and book appointments

 – Taking inventory, ordering and restocking product

 – Marketing and email marketing

 – Scheduling classes and putting together meetings

 – Interview, hire, train, promote, supervise and fire employees

 – Manage employee schedules and performance, as well as conducting one on one sessions with employees
