Aim and Ailie Hair boutique is a non-departmentalized salon currently seeking kind, upbeat, motivated, and chill individuals to join our team of extroverted introverts.  We are a popular, queer friendly, Green Circle certified salon in Evanston, IL committed to our community and are looking for team members who understand the value in helping each other succeed and sharing clientele to grow everyone’s books.  We truthfully expect that anyone who joins our team will have a self sustaining clientele within a year as we constantly have overflow with new clients and overly booked senior staff.

We offer W2 positions with flexibility, stability, and fair compensation.

Assistants are expected to help book appointments, fold towels, light cleaning, shampoo, and roughdry clients.  Individual/personalized training is available after 3 months of joining our team.

Stylists/Colorists/Barbers you guys do your thing using your best talent always and on your timing.
