HOW-TO STEPS

    Before the transformation!

    Please Note:  Formulation based on a Natural Level 5

    Please Note:  Formulation based on a Natural Level 5

    • Step 1.   Pre-section a triangle from high point of head to high point of eyebrows.
    • Step  2.  Divide triangle into 3 to 4 sections.
    • Step 3. Pre-Lighten sections to 3 different tones and separate by using colored foils.

      • Section 1 – Lightner with 5 Volume Developer
      • Section 2 – 7OR with 30 Volume Developer
      • Section 3 –  Lightner with 20 Volume Developer
    • Step 4. Paint the rest of hair to 4RV 10Volume Developer
    • Step 5. Rinse and re-section the original triangles. Divide again to original sections (the different tones will guide you). 
    • Step 6. Using color foils to separate the sections, paint your vibrant colors.
      Dee prefers Paul Mitchell Inkworks
      Section 1 – Yellow
      Section 2 – Orange with a dab of yellow
      Section 3 – Hot Pink with 2 dabs of yellow
    • Step 7 and Final Look: Rinse, cut and style!
