HOW-TO STEPS

    Start with dry, styled hair, using the dual-tipped brush to customize your color application. Start with just a small amount of powder and apply it to the roots starting at the scalp. Don’t brush the Root Cover Up into the hair, just press it lightly to the strands, holding the hair tightly so the powder can get a good grip on the hair. As you work outwards, add more if necessary but be wary of overloading the product.
