Christophe Chevillard for Paul Mitchell “Stitch and Set” How-To

2008 John Paul Mitchell Systems Photo Shoot Competition winner Christophe Chevillard presents this how-to for the “Stitch and Set” look from the Stitch’n Texture Collection.  Combining the finest Paul Mitchell products and some serious braiding, this look will have you in “stitches” for sure!

HOW-TO STEPS

    Step 1:  Apply a golf ball size of Paul Mitchell Sculpting Foam™ to damp hair and blow dry hair smooth.

    Step 2:  Apply 2-3 pumps of Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops® to hair.  Create a high, off-center ponytail on the highest point of the head.  Divide it in two.

    Step 3:  Braid each piece loosely, starting at the bottom of the piece, adding hair from the right side. Do the same thing with the second part of the ponytail.  For better control, use
    Paul Mitchell Extra- Body Finishing Spray®.

    Step 4.  Set the braid forward on the head. Use the thread to hold the braids into place and wrap it around the head to set and give texture to the slick part of the look.  To finish the look, apply Paul Mitchell Extra- Body Finishing Spray®.
