Air Waves

Let’s face it, air-dried waves are never completely “air-dried” (unless your client has seriously perfect hair). But now, you can get her even closer to her dream hair with this cool technique from Living Proof’s Co-Founder Ward Stegerhoek and their new Perfect hair Day™ In-Shower Styler. We’re talking a totally effortless look with no mess—here’s how it’s done.

HOW-TO STEPS

    1

Shampoo and condition your client’s hair as usual. Then apply Perfect hair Day™ In-Shower Styler generously to coat wet hair from roots to ends while still at the sink. Lightly rinse and towel-dry. Then, while it’s still wet, section the hair into four equal parts.

Create a loose bun in each section by twisting the hair away from the face, then clip it lightly in place.

Repeat this technique for every section, making sure to always twist hair away from the face. Then, let all four sections dry.

Once the hair is completely dry, remove the clips and unroll the hair. Run your fingers through the waves to break up the sections. Then, finish the look with No-Frizz Humidity Shield for frizz protection.
