The wet hair look is majorly trending, and Kim Kardashian kicked off the trend at the VMAs. Here’s how celebrity stylist Michael Silva gave her a just-out-of-the-waves look that totally worked with her sheer, vintage Galliano dress.

HOW-TO STEPS
