Young star Chloë Grace Moretz looks all grown up on the cover of Allure’s September issue, thanks in part to the glamorous Rita Hayworth-meets-Madonna waves created by Garren. “Her new movie, If I Stay, is more sophisticated, so we wanted her to look older,” Garren said. “An easy way to pull that off is a classic Old Hollywood style…and it paired perfectly with her white Versace evening gown.” To prep for the shoot, Garren sent the actress bottles of MOON Shine Shampoo and Conditioner so that she could arrive on set with silky, shiny hair that was ready to be styled.
