I have a client , who just so happens to be a friend of my mothers who referred her to me. I’m more of a mobile stylist the you come to me or I come to you. This client doesn’t understand the business state of affairs reguarding the COVID-19 closings and stay at home requests. I explained it’s the law and no salon is open currently. But she keeps calling and has now spoken to my mom. She is pushing the issue I don’t want my mom involved but they are friends from her high school years, I barely know her and need to know what else to tell her. It is obvious to me but it’s my work I get it they don’t. Beyond loosing my patience with her and possibly my mom who I do live with what else is there. It’s all due to the pandemic . Isn’t it obvious? Please help!
