4/ 15: New Yorkers Now Required To Wear Facial Coverings In Public

NY Governor Andrew Cuomo has mandated that all NY residents must wear facial coverings in public. Governor Cuomo announced the executive order in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19. New York has more than a third of the United States coronavirus cases.
