3/20: U.S. Treasury Extends Tax Deadline Until July 15

The United States is giving Americans an additional three months to file their taxes in an attempt to alleviate financial burdens caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin explained that taxpayers and businesses will have until July 15th to file and make payments without interest or penalties. Taxpayers expecting a refund should still file now.
