Dying to know how she neutralized warm Level 6 banding to achieve a seamless blend of smoky roots into bright icy locks? FORMULA STEPS
1. Starting in the back quadrant, apply Formula A throughout Zone 2 to remove the warm Level 6 banding.
2. Once you reach the front right quadrant, switch to Formula B and lightly feather the formula onto her previously lightened hair. Then, process until she reaches a Level 7/8.
3. Next, apply Formula A to the roots and let process for about an hour.
4. Rinse, then do a second round of lightening by using Formula C to neutralize the banding. Let process for about 1½ hours.
5. Rinse again, then apply Formula D throughout the root area. Let process.
6. Then, apply Formula E from the midlengths to the ends for a brighter blonde. Process for about 15 to 20 minutes.
